Shipping is based on product weight. Check product
catalog for costs. For multiple orders there is a discount on shipping.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Place your order and I will contact you by e-mail, fax
or phone and give you an adjusted shipping quote.

Note Concerning International Shipping:
For shipments outside the United States I will contact you with the various shipping
services available including costs and approximate time of delivery in days or weeks. I
will not ship your order until I have your authorization on the shipping option, due to
the cost associated with long distance shipping outside of the United States.

I offer gift-wrapping for that special someone at $4.95/package. I am known for
my gift-wrapping skills and I will make your package charming and festive.

Payment
Payment
When ordering on the Mary's Hardwood Cutting Board site, I request your name,
mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. If you are paying with a personal check,
no additional information is required. If you are paying with a credit card, I request
your credit card number and expiration date. The information enables me to process your
order and notify you of your order status. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or
Discover. Payment will not be debited from your account until the goods are dispatched to
you.

or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, I will give you a

Product Notification
Maple is the only wood that has been officially approved by the FDA for use in
cutting boards retailed in the food industry. Since my products include other hardwoods I
sell them as "crafts", not intended for use in the food industry. However, other
hardwoods have been routinely used in Europe for such purposes.
Product Availability
I do my best to ensure availability of all my products. However, if I am unable to supply
an item, I will inform you of the delay and expected delivery date.

| The Company Mary's Hardwood Cutting
Boards is a division of Jackson Brothers Hardwoods, Inc., a family owned and operated
business since 1984. Jackson Brothers Hardwoods, Inc. manufactures hardwood flooring and
trim, provides custom millwork services and sells domestic and imported kiln-dried
hardwood. The mill shop is run by my husband, John, his brother Mike and father, Lester.
Mary's Hardwood Cutting Boards, is run by myself and my daughter Melissa. We design, make
and sell all the hardwood kitchen products you see available on this site.While running a
family owned business can be stressful and difficult at times, I really feel blessed to be
able to work alongside the people I love.
